Globe Thistle & Bee Umbellifer Botanical Greetings Card

Inspired by North Yorkshire gardens and wildlife.  This botanical greetings card is beautifully illustrated by Stephen Lennon. 

Text on the back reads: This attractive, ornamental thistle is noted for its perfectly spherical, deep blue flower-heads, popping like miniature planets in summer borders. Tolerant of poor soil and windy conditions, it prefers full sun and is ideally suited to gravel gardens and coastal areas. One of the plant's common names which might raise a smile is 'blue hedgehog'!
