Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the whole of the mainland UK and are currently trialing international shipping to the US and Australia. We do not offer international deliveries to any other countries via our website but if you contact us direct we may be able to help you.
How long do deliveries take to reach me?
If we recieve your order before 4PM, your delivery will usually be despatched from our store in Skipton on the next working day.
Your order should reach you within the time specified at checkout but may take longer at busy periods or if the carrier is experiencing any delays due unforseen circumstances such as any industrial action or strikes.
Which delivery companies do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all our cards and for international shipping. We use Evri for most of our parcels and for larger orders we sometimes use DPD.
